How do I enroll?
Answer:
There are 4 easy ways to enroll with Family Cord Blood Services:
- Enroll online
- Download enrollment forms
- Enroll by phone – call 800-490-CORD (2673)
- Enroll by FAX or mail
If your due date is within 6 weeks, we recommend that you enroll online or by phone so that we can expedite the process.
