Payment Details

A $150 deposit is due at enrollment.  The balance is not due until your baby's cord blood is processed and stored.  We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.  You may also pay by check or money order (drawn in USD, on a U.S. bank) if you pay in full at the time of enrollment.

Family Cord Blood Services is committed to making cord blood banking a simple, easy option for as many families as possible.  Therefore, we offer an in-house payment plan as well as several extended payment plan options through our partner, CareCredit.  Please click here for more information on our payment plans.

Shipping

First year fees include transport of your baby's cord blood through our specialized medical courier.  After your cord blood is collected, make one call to our medical courier and they will deliver the collection kit from your hospital room directly to our laboratory.

Additional Storage

You may purchase additional storage beyond your initial contract at any time.  Storage rates may increase up to 5% per year.  Extended storage plans lock in the annual storage fee for the duration of the contract.  Please click here for current rates.

Cancellation

If no collection takes place or we cannot store your cord blood for any reason, you will be refunded any amount charged minus $150 enrollment/collection kit fee.
